Personal Experience
Mr. Isaac Tawiah the Deputy Managing Director in charge of Operations. He holds a Masters Degree in Information Technology .
He began his professional career in the year 2009 with World Vision as an IT officer. He joined Newmont Ghana Ltd as an IT service desk agent in the year 2010. Mr Tawiah joined Agate-Mabot Company in the year 2011 as the Head of Compliance. He held several key positions within the Company and notably among them was the General Manager for operations and Ag. Deputy Managing Director for Agate Consult Ltd between 2021 to 2022. He has participated in many courses such as Risk Management, Transformational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Masterclass by Alica Consulting and Driving Management Science Training in Road Safety and Customer Care organized by Road Safety and Transportation Consultancies Limited.
